💰 Compensation: 10,000 – 12,000 lei gross (taxes included) and other benefits (private medical insurance, 2 yearly retreats - one in Romania and one in an European city, personal educational budget)

This mid-level role reporting to Head of Business Programs.

ESG Programs
Academia de Sustenabilitate and Transformator are the two SIS programs scaled to Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia. After some time you will get the chance to join and work with our international team, as well.
Our programs help businesses build sustainability knowledge, develop new capabilities, and stay ahead of regulation and innovation.
What you will do
As Business Programs Coordinator, you’ll make things happen. You’ll support the execution of our programs from end to end, turning great ideas into well-managed, impactful experiences for SMEs and entrepreneurs.
✅ Program & Project Coordination
Keep schedules, internal timelines, and communications aligned
Coordinate with partners, collaborators, and vendors
Create engaging presentations for workshops, events, and fundraising
Develop tailor-made educational content for entrepreneurs
✅ Community & Content
Manage SME-facing platforms (e.g. LearnWorlds), upload and update content
Send newsletters and manage digital groups for our SME communities
Ensure messaging reflects the needs and language of business audiences
✅ Event & Logistics Support
Help organize online and in-person workshops, filming sessions, and networking events
Handle logistics and materials in collaboration with the communications and events teams
✅ Research & Reporting
Support the team with market and sustainability research
Track participant data and program KPIs, helping us learn and improve
Who You Are
You have 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in education, business support, or sustainability
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications or Public Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
You’re highly organized, proactive, and thrive on structure—but can pivot quickly when needed
You’re curious about business, education, entrepreneurship, and sustainability
You communicate clearly and confidently in both Romanian and English
You’re digitally fluent (Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Slack) and open to learning new platforms (experience with LearnWorlds is a plus)
You’re based in Bucharest or willing to work in a hybrid model with regular in-person team moments
