Education Programs

We support all stages of solutions development in an integrated way - from early-stage youth ideas and research ideas from scientists to MVP-ready start-ups and mature SMEs and NGOs. Our hybrid methods of learning offer blended education through 1:1 mentorship, self-paced digital materials, workshops, and peer-to-peer learning.

Our incubators & transformation programs support hundreds of entrepreneurs and youth in Central and Eastern Europe to develop tech & non-tech solutions, to understand sustainable business-making practices and to receive investment, mentorship, and a strong network for the future. We work with start-ups 1-2 years old in our CEE Future Makers incubator. We work with 50 ventures every year in a digital learning experience, offering mentorship, 20K euro awards & investment opportunities. Starting with 2021, we also work with more mature SMEs (3-4 years old) in their quest to become more sustainable and future-oriented in our Transformator program present in 4 countries: Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Croatia.

The Sustainability Academy is a large SIS project that provides educational content to thousands of SMEs interested in learning more about sustainability and developing an integrated sustainability strategy. The Academy has scaled in 2024 to 4 Central and Eastern Europe countries, offering sustainability education to thousands of regional SMEs.

We also support young researchers in Romania to become better prepared to present their research and develop a more robust network through public speaking workshops in 8 universities and financial support through Games of Science.
